Brainosaur is an AI-powered assistant platform built for small teams. It may include document processing, AI-powered search, collaboration features, integrations, analytics, and related services.

3. Pilot Program

Brainosaur may invite prospective customers to participate in a pilot program. Pilot participation is subject to acceptance by Brainosaur, limited availability, and any additional pilot-specific terms communicated to participants.

Submission of a waitlist or pilot application form does not guarantee acceptance, product access, or a purchase relationship.

4. Accounts and Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate and current information.
• You must use the service in compliance with applicable laws and these terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Brainosaur for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Upload or submit content you do not have the right to use.
• Use the service in a way that interferes with normal operation for others.

6. Data and Content

• You retain ownership of your content and data.
• You grant Brainosaur a limited right to process that content to provide the service.
• AI-generated responses may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed before being relied upon.

7. Billing

Paid products or subscriptions, when offered, are subject to additional billing terms and pricing presented by Brainosaur at the time of purchase. Public pricing information on the website is informational and does not, by itself, create a binding offer to provide immediate self-serve access.

8. Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brainosaur is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and Brainosaur will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

You may stop using Brainosaur at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if continued access would create risk for Brainosaur or others.
