- Pilot waitlist information: name, work email, company name, employee range, use case details, source path, and campaign attribution submitted through the public website.
- Product data: documents, document text, embeddings, usage activity, and conversation data needed to provide the service.
- Integration credentials: OAuth tokens and related connection metadata for supported services.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide, maintain, and improve Brainosaur.
- To review and respond to pilot program applications.
- To send transactional or operational emails related to the service or your waitlist submission.
- To protect the security and integrity of the platform.
We do not sell your information or use it for third-party advertising.
3. Waitlist Submissions
If you submit the pilot waitlist form on the public website, we store the submitted information in our application database and may send an internal notification email to the Brainosaur team so we can review your submission.
If you submit the form more than once using the same work email, we may update the existing record instead of creating a duplicate.
4. Third-Party Services
Brainosaur uses third-party providers to operate the service, including providers for AI models, authentication, email delivery, payments, and supported integrations.
- OpenAI and Anthropic: used to power Brainosaur’s AI capabilities.
- Google and Slack: used for supported integrations and authentication flows.
- Clerk: used for authentication and user management.
- Stripe: used for billing and payment processing for customers.
- Resend: used for transactional and notification email delivery.

- Data is transmitted over HTTPS.
- OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest.
- Brainosaur includes PII scrubbing and permission controls designed to reduce unauthorized exposure of sensitive information.

We retain information for as long as needed to operate the service, manage pilot applications, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You may contact us to request deletion of public-site waitlist information.
